How can I pay?

As of now we only accept Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries. All packages will be sent via standard mail. If you need faster delivery, kindly contact us via [email protected].

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping cost will be calculated for you at check out.

When will my order ship?

All orders will ship within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase. If we foresee any delay, we will email you about it once we receive the order.

How about import Duties and Customs fees?

You are responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that may restrict certain items. Some shipments can be held in customs for a long time and its totally out of POP&ZEBRA's control. The best thing would be to contact your local customs office directly. If you decide to refuse any shipments, POP&ZEBRA will not grant any refunds.

What is your return policy?

As of now we do not accept returns.

What happens to Lost/Stolen packages?

We will send your order via standard mail to ensure you have the lowest shipping cost. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen, or delayed packages. In case of damaged items please let us know at the earliest and we'll be happy to work with you on sending a replacement.

What if I put in the wrong shipping address?

We can't do much. If the item comes back to us, you will need to pay for the shipping charges again in order for you to receive the items, and we cannot refund the shipping fees.
