Shipping delays

Dear customers,

Due to the current pandemic, shipments to many destinations are affected and subject to delay. The option of sending parcels by air mail is limited to only a few countries. For the rest the only mode of shipment is via surface (by sea) like elder days, which means you would have to wait much longer for your packages to arrive. Kindly consider this before making a purchase. 

Based on information provided by Hong Kong post, most surface shipments could take anywhere between 20-70 working days, depending on the destination. If you would like to know the specific delivery time related to your country, before you decide to make a purchase, kindly write to us at shop@popandzebra.com and we can check that for you.

However, it is possible the situation could change for better in the coming weeks as things open up and air restrictions may be lifted. We will monitor the situation on a regular basis and will update this page as things change.
